State sets up Godavari Gas
The State government signed a joint venture agreement for incorporation of a company called ‘Godavari
Gas’. The joint venture is between the A.P. government, Gas Authority of India Limited and Hindustan
Petroleum Corporation Limited with the first two partners holding 26 per cent stake each and GAIL
holding the balance (74 per cent), according to an official release.
