SAMCO Delivers New Product CNG Buses to Transport Cooperative in Vietnam

Viet Nam’s bus manufacturer SAMCO Corporation has has transferred 10 Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) buses from its production base at Cu Chi to Transport Cooperative 19/5. To successfully implement this project, SAMCO invested in Hyundai production line systems and assembly technology from South Korea following a study of CNG bus production for vehicles able to carry up to 75 passengers.

SAMCO explains this is a completely new product for the company; running on CNG the bus is designed to operate in an urban environment while saving operating costs and contributing to the reduction of environmental pollution

SAMCO has committed to supply 23 CNG buses in total to Transport Cooperative.
