Launch of SAFETY HANDBOOK containing the SOPs for the Delivery Sales persons at the CNG outlets

NGS has prepared (after thorough consultations with various CGD entities) a SAFETY HANDBOOK containing the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Delivery Salespersons at the CNG outlets. 

Dr. Anil Kumar Jain_{, IAS}, Chairperson, Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (PNGRB) launched the SAFETY HANDBOOK, prepared by NGS on 21st January 2026 at the PNGRB Office, New Delhi.

The ceremony was graced by Shri A.K. Tiwari, Member (Commercial), Shri A. Ramana Kumar, Member (Mon & Infra), Shri Hirak Dutta Indian Oil, Expert Advisor, Shri Gagan Agarwal, HOD (Technical) and Shri Maneesh Singh, Director (Statistics/Sustainability) from PNGRB in the august presence of senior leadership from the industry viz. Shri Kapil Kumar Jain, ED (Mktg), GAIL (India) Limited; Shri Praveer Agrawal,  ED (Trg), GTI & Chairman, Central U.P. Gas Ltd., Shri Raman Srivastava, Sr VP, Indraprastha Gas Limited; Shri Brajesh Kumar, Sr VP (Projects), THINK Gas, Shri Ranveer Singh, MD & Shri Vivek Srivastava, Rajasthan State Gas Ltd., and Shri Mohd Zafar Khan GM, GAIL Gas Limited.
